STM Premium quality anodized lightweight alloy quick-change Ducati sprocket carrier includes studs and nuts. For use with all STM quick-change sprockets available separately. Save almost 2 pounds with the quick change combo. This quick change carrier is for all Ducati 848 models, 748, 916, 996 and 998 models, S*R Monster models, MTS 1000/1100 and Hypermotard models. The Ducati 1098 is a different part number. A wide range of sprockets are available in both 520 and 525 pitch.

The advantage of the quick change carrier kit (besides easier rear sprocket changes and lighter weight over the stock steel sprocket) is the less expensive replacement rear sprockets (1/2 the cost or less of the one piece sprocket).
