Our aim is to provide you, the customer, with the highest standard of service possible. Our growth is fueled by customer referrals, and we mean to keep it that way. Please let us know your comments, good or bad.

Privacy Policy:

We keep all customer information confidential and do not share or sell information to any other parties. We will only add you to our email listing if you choose to fill in the box on the home page.

Return Policy:

We will take returns for 100% credit, less the cost of shipping, provided the product is returned Unused within 30 days in the original packaging and all the parts are inside. Postage to send the item back is at the customer's expense unless BSR has made an error in sending the correct product. Please contact us to get a return number before sending the parts. 

Returns MUST be received within 30 days of issuance of the RA or return label.  RAs older than 30 days are void.  Returns received after this date may be returned to the customer.

Once the item has been received and inspected (usually 1-7 business days of receipt), we will initiate a refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.

Custom ordered parts and parts specifically ordered in for your order can not be returned. Special order products may not be returnable or may only be returnable for a store credit.

Electrical product is not returnable for any reason.

 

Warranty Policy:

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. BSR will work on your behalf to obtain a warranty repair or exchange. If a return is authorised by the manufacturer please contact us to get a return number before sending the item to us.

 

Shipping:

Shipping is free on all orders over $59 before tax. Note that some bulky and heavy items will be subject to shipping charges. This will be added when the product is placed in the cart.

Items must be thoroughly inspected by the customer before accepting the shipment. Once shipment is accepted any damage claims must be made against the shipping company. BSR is not responsible for shipping damage.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that BSR has the correct shipping address in writing BEFORE parcels are shipped. If the items are returned to BSR due to wrong address or recipient has moved the customer will be charged to reship the items to the correct address.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BSR WILL NOT SHIP TO FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANIES, We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why buy from Blue Streak Racing:

Consider this: our prices are the same or better than the prices in the US. But when you buy from the US you have to add shipping, brokerage and duties to the price. This can be significant, as brokerage fees alone are around $60. When you buy from us, all of this is looked after. The only cost you have to add to our prices are GST and provincial taxes if they apply. As well as this we are a Canadian company who will go to great lengths to look after you, our customer. And don't forget that shipping is free anywhere in Canada. (Starting on orders over $59, before tax)

Credit Card Payments:

Blue Streak Racing uses the Paypal to process our credit card payments. All credit card transaction are processed directly by the banks and the details are not seen, handled, or stored by Blue Streak Racing. Your information stays securely in the hands of your bank.
